Wire cutting specialists.
Our polystyrene packs are cut using jigs & resistance wire, there is usually no tooling cost involved which can run into many thousands of pounds as with mouldings. We have a low minimum order policy to minimize cost to our clients.

Packaging design.
When designing a pack we take into account the weight size shape and density of the item to calculate the required wall thickness and density of material to produce cost effective packaging. We have 40 years experience in the polystyrene packaging industry.

Polystyrene corner pieces.
Polystyrene corner pieces are a stock item and are usually available immediately. Ideally suited for square or rectangular shaped items. Offers good all round protection. Dimensions 3 inches square with 1 inch walls.
